Short version: we only collect what you type into our tools, we use it only for what you asked, and we never sell it or share it with contractors.

What we collect

• Inspection schedule reminders: your email, an optional building name or address, and the systems and dates you entered.
• License monitoring: your email and the vendor list you entered.
• Basic traffic data: for visitors arriving from AI assistants, the page and country (no IP address). For automated crawlers, the crawler's IP address and the page fetched.

How we use it

• To send the reminders or alerts you signed up for.
• To understand which pages people and AI assistants find useful.

What we never do

• Sell your information.
• Share your email, building or vendor list with contractors or advertisers.
• Let any company pay to change its listing, ranking or license facts.

Your choices

Every email we send will have an unsubscribe link. To see or delete what we hold about you, email listings@plumbregistry.com.
